Speaker Preparation Room

All oral presenting speakers should bring their presentation on a USB to be handed over to the speaker’s prep technician at the very least two hours before your presentation. Presentations should be Powerpoint 16:9 format. Videos should be embedded into the presentation and in MP4 format. Please bring videos in a USB as well just in case.

Speaker preparation room is located in Room 12 on Level 2 and will be operating at the following times:
Sunday 9th July: 1400 – 1600
Monday 10th July: from 0700
Tuesday 11th July: from 0700
Wednesday 12th July: Speaker preparation room closed
Thursday 13th July: from 0700
Friday 14th July: from 0700
